Digital Happiness Resmi Umumkan DreadOut 3
Kabar gembira buat para pecinta game horor lokal! Digital Happiness akhirnya mengumumkan proyek terbaru mereka, DreadOut 3, di acara DHXP 2025 yang digelar tadi malam secara online lewat YouTube. Pengumuman ini jadi salah satu momen paling ditunggu-tunggu oleh para fans, mengingat seri DreadOut dikenal sebagai game horor Indonesia yang berhasil menarik perhatian gamer dalam dan luar negeri.
Sejak kemunculannya pertama kali di tahun 2014, DreadOut udah jadi ikon game horor Indonesia dengan gaya eksplorasi supranatural yang unik. Kehadiran DreadOut 3 jadi bukti kalau franchise ini masih punya banyak cerita dan dunia misterius yang bisa digali lebih dalam. Melalui teaser trailer yang ditayangkan, Digital Happiness memberikan sedikit gambaran suasana kelam, lokasi angker, dan ancaman dari makhluk-makhluk gaib yang bakal dihadapi Linda di petualangan barunya.
Linda Tampil Lebih Dewasa
Di DreadOut 3, kita bakal ngelihat sosok Linda yang tampil lebih dewasa dari sebelumnya. Nggak cuma soal penampilan, tapi juga soal peran yang diembannya. Kalau di seri sebelumnya Linda masih berperan sebagai siswi SMA yang terjebak di dunia mistis, kali ini dia menyandang gelar Keeper of the Dark — sosok yang bertugas menjaga keseimbangan antara dunia terang dan dunia kegelapan.
Sebagai Keeper of the Dark, Linda dituntut untuk menjelajahi berbagai dimensi supranatural dan menghadapi kekuatan misterius yang mulai mengancam dunia manusia. Petualangan Linda bakal lebih luas, bukan cuma di lokasi-lokasi terbatas, tapi juga di berbagai dunia alternatif yang masing-masing punya ancaman dan makhluk gaib dengan kekuatan unik. Hal ini bikin atmosfer horor di DreadOut 3 terasa lebih gelap, lebih berbahaya, dan penuh rahasia kelam yang menunggu buat diungkap.
Eksplorasi Non-Linear dan Fitur Dunia Gaib
Seperti ciri khas seri sebelumnya, DreadOut 3 tetap mengusung gameplay eksplorasi non-linear, di mana pemain bebas menjelajahi lokasi-lokasi angker sambil memburu urban legend khas Indonesia. Selain itu, DreadOut 3 memperkenalkan fitur baru bernama Interaksi dengan Dunia Gaib. Fitur ini memungkinkan pemain untuk berpindah antara dunia nyata dan dunia tak kasat mata dalam waktu tertentu.
Menariknya lagi, dalam teaser trailer-nya, Digital Happiness juga menampilkan opsi kostum baru untuk Linda. Kabarnya, kostum-kostum ini nggak cuma buat gaya-gayaan, tapi juga berkaitan dengan ritual pemanggilan arwah kuno yang bisa mempengaruhi jalannya permainan dan hubungan pemain dengan dunia gaib yang dihadapi.
Dreadout 3 Rilis Tahun 2026 di Multi Platform
Walaupun saat ini DreadOut 3 masih dalam tahap pengembangan, Digital Happiness sudah mengonfirmasi kalau game ini akan resmi dirilis pada tahun 2026 mendatang. Game ini nantinya bakal hadir di PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, dan Xbox Series, jadi para gamer dari berbagai platform bisa ikut merasakan pengalaman horor lokal yang penuh ketegangan ini.
