Final Fantasy X Puncaki Daftar Game Paling Sedih
Dari hasil survey, Final Fantasy X berhasil menduduki posisi teratas dengan 498 suara. Banyak gamer mengaku bisa berempati dengan tiap karakternya, sementara jalan cerita dari awal hingga akhir terasa tragis namun berkesan, membuat FFX dianggap sebagai game yang paling menyentuh hati.
Posisi kedua ditempati Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII dengan 289 suara, sebuah kisah tragis tentang Zack Fair sebelum peristiwa FFVII yang sukses bikin para penggemar merasa kehilangan. Sementara di tempat ketiga ada Persona 3 dengan 245 suara, di mana banyak pemain tergerak oleh perjuangan tiap karakter dalam menemukan jawaban mereka masing-masing, sebelum akhirnya menyatukan potongan kisah tersebut menjadi pengalaman emosional yang membekas.
Beberapa judul lain yang masuk 10 besar antara lain Okami (211 suara), Mother 3 (208 suara), Tales of the Abyss (207 suara), Dragon Quest XI (164 suara), Final Fantasy IX (161 suara), Suikoden II (158 suara), hingga Final Fantasy XV (154 suara).

Yang menarik, hasil survey ini juga membawa kebanggaan tersendiri bagi Kazushige Nojima, penulis skenario untuk banyak seri besar Square Enix. Ia menulis cerita di balik Final Fantasy X, sekaligus turut mengerjakan Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (peringkat 2), Final Fantasy VII (peringkat 24), dan Kingdom Hearts II (peringkat 33). Bahkan ia juga terlibat di Final Fantasy XV yang menempati urutan ke-10.
Melalui akun Twitter X miliknya, Nojima menyampaikan rasa syukur dan bahagianya:
“Oooh, saya merasa senang. Saya mengerjakan skenario dan setting untuk beberapa game yang berada di urutan 1, 2, 24, dan 33. Saya juga turut terlibat pada game di urutan 10.
